Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Processing and shipping are two seperate activities that happen after you purchase your order. Processing involves securing your art from inventory (for original art) or my print partner (for fine art prints) and carefully packaging your art in preparation for shipping.
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. More specific processing times are:
Fine Art Prints: 5-10 business days
Original Paintings (including ornaments, stationery, etc): 3-5 business days
General Shipping:
Free shipping on domestic orders of original art smaller than 18"x18", Fine Art Prints, Stationery, etc.
Domestic orders for original art work larger than 18" x 18" are not eligible for free shipping. The cost for shipping will be calculated at checkout.
International orders of any art from Dawn M Trimble Art website is not eligible for free shipping.
Local Pickup:
Pickup is available only for original painting orders. The pickup location is Grant Park Market: 519 Memorial Drive, SE, Atlanta, GA 30312. If you would like to choose pickup for your order, please contact me through email before purchase if your selected art is . After placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days, not including holidays. I will contact you via email to arrange a pickup date and time that works for us both. Please bring a copy of your receipt for pick-up.
International Orders for Original Art & Fine Art Prints
Customs, Duties & Taxes
According to your location, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dawn M Trimble Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Delays due to orders being held in customs are out of my control.
If your tracking information shows your package is stuck in Customs and you have not been notified, please contact your Customs office to inquire about the parcel. Unfortunately, I do not have control over this as it depends on your country's import law.
Domestic & International: Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available to you.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframes noted above of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me by email. Please include your name and order number for me to help where I can.
Domestic & International: Returns and Exchanges
Original Art, Fine Art Prints and Commissions are not eligible for returns and exchanges. However, if your order proven to be lost or damaged with tracking numbers or photo documentation, a replacement (in the case of a Fine Art Print) or a refund will be issued for damaged or lost orders. Please read the full return policy.
Domestic & International: Lost In Transit
Orders sometimes experience delays due to weather, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances, as well as delays that are out of my control with mail couriers. If your art has not arrived within 2 weeks from the shipped date, please contact me by email. Orders that are not delivered within 30 calendar days from the shipped date will be considered "lost in transit", and I will issue either a full refund or a replacement (for Fine Art Prints) at no charge to you.
